Winter Clinic II

Our Winter Indoor Flag Football Clinic is designed to prepare athletes for the upcoming Spring season while building confidence, developing proper technique, and strengthening fundamental game skills. The clinic is open to boys (PreK–5th grade) and girls (PreK–9th grade), including players who are new to the game as well as those looking to advance their abilities.

Each week, participants will work on core skills such as passing and catching, running and cutting with the ball, flag-pulling, route running, defensive positioning (including basic zone concepts), and overall game strategy. New players will be introduced to the essential rules of flag football and proper on-field positioning.
For our female athletes, we will place extra emphasis on the skills, techniques, and football IQ needed to succeed at the middle school and high school levels—making this clinic an excellent opportunity for those planning to try out for school teams in the future.

This clinic is the perfect way for young athletes to stay active during the winter while preparing for a successful Spring flag football season.

Sunday Afternoon:
Pre-K/Kindergarten Coed and 1st-11th Grade Girls - 1:30 - 2:30 PM
1st-5th Grade Boys - 2:30 - 3:30 PM
